By using the Payback Assistance portal, you agree to these Terms. We keep things transparent, secure, and evidence-first.
1. Services
We provide intake, verification, and recovery coordination. We do not guarantee recovery outcomes and we do not custody client funds.
2. Fees
No upfront fees. A success-based commission applies only on completed recoveries. See the Fee Policy for details.
3. Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, comply with KYC/AML checks, and follow security guidance from your agent.
4. Security
Use MFA. Do not share passwords or private keys. We will never ask you to deposit crypto to release funds.
5. Limitation of liability
Service is best-effort and evidence-driven. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
