Can I talk to a real person?
Yes. Secure-message your assigned specialist in the portal. You can request a call inside the same thread.
What if I see a request for a release fee?
Stop and contact support inside the portal immediately. Payback Assistance will never ask you to deposit funds or crypto to unlock a recovery.
How is my data protected?
MFA-ready auth, least-privilege access for agents, and tamper-evident audit logs on case changes and messages.
